Podcast 30 – Begun the console wars have (also, more Animal Crossing: New Leaf)

This week on the 8bit Awesome Podcast we have  special guest host Tim Minahan joining us to give his impressions one week after the Xbox One reveal. A plethora of (mostly bad) news has come out since the announcement and we give our updated perspective on the console. We start with a quick discussion of what makes gaming fun for us, and why we love Animal crossing so much. The rest of the podcast, we have a heated debate about used games,”always-online” DRM (or at least semi-always online, with network checks every 24 hrs), and Microsoft’s new television fetish. Thanks for joining us for another episode of the 8bit Awesome podcast!
